I suppose it seems second nature to want to look after people in some way or another, having spent the last 30 years of my life in the hospitality industry. I have worked extensively throughout the UK for both small private enterprises as well as managing international contracts for some of the biggest global caterers.
Nine years ago, I had an "ah-ha moment" and it occurred to me that there was something really missing in my life and that there was something more that I could achieve outside of what I was currently doing: a realisation that I was not living my life as best I could.
So, I sold up, left London and moved to Sitges - a beautiful seaside town just south of Barcelona, Spain, where my focus is now the quality of my life and to try and live each day as best that I can.
I mentioned that looking after people has always been a part of who I am. Well, I am now focusing that energy and passion into my massage therapies, believing that the many benefits to the treatments I offer and that, in turn, will affect the physical, the psychological and spiritual aspects of the individual.
I am finding a whole new fulfilment from this new direction in my life and my aim is to build that positivity and energy into my practice.
